A 23-year-old University of KwaZulu-Natal (UKZN) student, who was found after she had been missing for three weeks, has died.
Natasha Conabeer, who was dropped off outside her home, unconscious, passed away on Monday morning.
The news of her death was confirmed by a family friend.
"She passed away earlier this morning in hospital," the family friend told News24.
Natasha was reported missing on August 18 after she was last seen leaving her flat in Florida Road for Inanda to visit family.
It was reported that Natasha had been found after being dropped off unconscious at her home on Sunday.
She was then rushed to a hospital and her mother told the media that doctors were trying their best to save her.
Unfortunately, it was confirmed that Natasha had passed away.
The cause of death is not yet known.
