None of the men accused of the murder of Meghan Cremer will be applying for bail.
Shiraaz Jaftha, who is one of three men accused of the murder of Cremer, is the only one who applied for bail.
On Wednesday, Jaftha told the Athlone Magistrate's Court that he has decided to withdraw his application.
Cremer went missing in August after she was last seen leaving the Vaderlandsche Rietvlei stud farm in Ottery in her white Toyota Yaris. Her body was later found at a sand mine in Philippi.
Shiraaz Jaftha, Jeremy Sias and Charles Daniels were arrested shortly after her body was discovered. The trio was nabbed after they were found in possession of Cremer's vehicle.
Sias has been charged with murder and attempted robbery.
Jaftha and Daniels are charged with car theft and defeating the ends of justice.
One of the suspects is believed to have pointed out where Cremer's body could be found.
The case had been postponed to October 16 for further investigation.
